Pros
The family-run ambiance creates a welcoming environment.
Rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
The location provides easy access to Loch Ness and the Scottish Highlands.
Cons
The main pedestrian route from the city centre involves climbing the Market Brae steps.
Some rooms have low shower water pressure or temperature issues.
“Parkhill Guest House certainly makes a good impression for its central Inverness location, placing you a short stroll from the castle and shops, and the rooms themselves are noted for their comfort and cleanliness, particularly the beds. While some find the shower pressure a bit wanting, the welcoming atmosphere and reasonable rates make it a practical base for exploring the city.”
